Haider practises in immigration, family and civil law. He was called to the Bar by Lincoln’s Inn in 2023 and completed pupillage under Mashood Iqbal, Head of Chambers at London View Chambers. Before coming to the Bar he spent several years working in chambers as a clerk, chambers manager and caseworker, which gave him a practical understanding of how a case is built, what evidence actually makes a difference, and how to run a busy list.

He appears regularly in the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in asylum, protection, human rights and EUSS appeals, and is instructed by solicitors to draft grounds of appeal, skeleton arguments and judicial review grounds, and to advise on merits and strategy. He also deals with the full range of applications work, including spouse and partner applications, FLR (M) and FLR (O), Long Residence, Private Life, family reunion and British citizenship.

In family, Haider acts principally for applicants in domestic abuse proceedings. He is instructed on non-molestation and occupation orders, including without notice applications, directions hearings and contested return hearings, and appears in Family Courts across the country. His civil practice covers County Court work in the small claims and fast track, interim applications and costs hearings, together with contract and debt claims, consumer credit, personal injury, property and boundary disputes, and landlord and tenant matters.

Haider accepts instructions under the Direct Access scheme and is authorised by the Bar Standards Board to conduct litigation, so he is able to run a case from start to finish where that is what a client needs. He is a member of the Attorney General’s Junior Junior scheme.

Sana is a passionate, skilled, tenacious and meticulous advocate.

Her initial practice encompassed only criminal law, undertaking both defence and prosecution work. She then moved to family law, having always had equal interest in this field and now exclusively practices in all areas of public and private childcare law specialising particularly in private law matters involving domestic and sexual abuse, child abuse, intractable child arrangements disputes, internal and external relocation applications and injunction proceedings.

Sana has developed a firm reputation for her forensic advocacy and sound case preparation.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Sana worked as a civil advocate and legal assistant within the housing and family department of councils. Shortly after being called to the Bar, Sana completed an internship at the Islamic Human Rights Commission where she wrote published articles. By way of legal volunteer work, Sana has been a panel list member of the Waltham Forest Youth Offending Team for several years and is a trained volunteer for the National Centre of Domestic Violence.
