Called to the Bar: March 2020

Ahmed Yousafzai is instructed in; private law children matters, financial settlement disputes
and Immigration matters. Before joining the Bar Ahmed qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and
was called to bar in 2020. He completed his LL.M in Commercial Law in 2005 from
University of Cardiff, South Wales.
Ahmed has practiced in Pakistan as an Advocate of the High Court and he is also regularly
instructed to write country expert reports on Pakistani Laws in Immigration matters.
Ahmed draws on his experience as a solicitor and is able to meet client expectations with
robust and thorough advice. He has the ability to put forward a convincing argument
highlighting relevant points to further his client’s position whilst identifying any weaknesses
in the oppositions case.

He is adept at swiftly building a rapport with clients, to ensure that they feel at ease and have
confidence in his representation. Ahmed often relies on his experience as a Solicitor
Advocate who understands the clients and solicitors’ expectations whilst not losing sight of
the best possible outcome for his client.
